Recently Concur enhanced the sign-on process for all Concur users to require a two-factor authentication. This enhancement only affects the www.concursolutions.com login page. If you log into Concur via this method, you will need to follow the directions below. This a one-time process that takes less than 5 minutes to set up.
Log into www.concursolutions.com then follow the instructions below:
- Input your Username (your SSO@nbcu) and click Next
- Input your password and click Sign In
- Next you will be prompted to Set Up Two-factor Authentication by opening the DUO app on your mobile device. Click the + on the top of your mobile device screen and then scan the QR code.
- Enter the Authentication code provided in the authenticator app
- Click Sign In
After this authentication, you will need to capture a new Authentication code each time you log into Concur externally by opening the DUO app.
Please note: If you wish to skip the two-step authentication process, please log into the internal site (travel.nbcuni.com) with your SSO and SSO password.
